lately, i’ve happen to watch, and come across quite of bit of inspirational leadership-type videos. snippets of business leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, people all along those lines. really interesting, and fascinating stuff and advice. fantastic, inspiring videos.

i would have to admit, it’s nice to listen to great minds, and thoughts from them, and how to achieve success; and this and that. there is one major flaw though. for them, being on the backend of those successes, they can say what is true and what works. all the success that magically followed them, and what people should do to follow in those foot steps.

they are in their territory to say what they need to, and people would believe that advice; because, well, they’re successful and/or they made a lot of money.. or whatever it is that made them who they are.

no cynicism intended here, the advice can only go so far until reality sets in. unfortunately, for a lot of people, they may never achieve what their dreams were suppose to be. or, they never fullfilled their dreams, even if they busted their butt.

years ago, i was one of those, and i tried many avenues.. and really, it just didn’t work. i know i had the skills, and hard work, to…
